How does the billing process work?
To secure your booking, we request a 35% down payment with the remaining 65% to be paid upon completion.

In many cases, yes, provided the original moisture issue has already been resolved. We use proper surface preparation, stain-block primers, drywall repair techniques, and professional repainting methods designed to restore the appearance of the area.
Do you repair drywall cracks from winter settling?
Yes. Seasonal movement and dry winter air commonly cause cosmetic cracking in Michigan homes. Many of these issues are repairable and do not automatically mean there is structural damage.
